Campbell Scientific ist ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Lösungen zur Umwelt- und Datenerfassung. Für den Aufbau unseres neuen Produktionsstandorts in München suchen wir dich als erfahrenen Fertigungstechniker / Prüftechniker (m/w/d).
Du fertigst und testest elektronische Baugruppen, analysierst Fehler systematisch und führst Reparaturen auf Komponentenebene durch. Gleichzeitig unterstützt du den Aufbau neuer Test-, Reparatur- und Qualitätsprozesse am Standort in München und arbeitest eng mit dem Engineering in US/Utah zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Funktions-, Bench- und Umwelttests
- Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting an elektronischen Baugruppen
- Reparaturen auf Komponentenebene
- Arbeit mit Teststationen, Prüfvorrichtungen und Messmitteln
- Dokumentation von Test- und Kalibrierergebnissen, sowie technischen Abweichungen
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Test-, Kalibrierung- und Prüfvorrichtungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
- Training und Einarbeitung von Fertigungsmitarbeitern und Überwachung von Kennzahlen
- Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von Test-, Reparatur- und Qualitätsprozessen
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Bachelorabschluss im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik, Feinwerktechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im elektronischen oder technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Prüfung, Analyse oder Reparatur elektronischer Baugruppen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen, Datenblättern und Testanweisungen
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für elektronische Schaltungen, PCA-Baugruppen sowie Test- und Kalibrierprozesse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse im technischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Bereitschaft, neue Produkte, Testsysteme und Prozesse kennenzulernen
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in angrenzende Produktionsbereiche und zur Unterstützung anderer Teams bei Bedarf
- Kenntnisse des IPC-Standards, Lean Manufacturing und Erfahrung mit ISO 9001
Ein Plus
- Kenntnisse in Value Stream Mapping von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Leiterplatten-Rework oder Komponentenlevel-Reparatur
- Zertifizierung in IPC-Standards, zum Beispiel IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/7721 oder J-STD-001
- Erfahrung mit Messmitteln wie DMM, Oszilloskop oder Funktionsgenerator
- ISO 9001 Zertifizierungserfahrung, z.B. von Testprozessen oder Kalibrierabläufen

Campbell Scientific is a global leader in environmental monitoring and data acquisition solutions. As part of establishing our new manufacturing site in Munich, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician / Test Technician (m/f/d).
You will manufacture and test electronic assemblies, systematically analyze faults, and perform component-level repairs. At the same time, you will support the development of new testing, repair, and quality processes at the Munich site and work closely with Engineering in Utah, USA.

Your Responsibilities
- Perform functional, bench, and environmental testing
- Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting on electronic assemblies
- Perform component-level repairs
- Work with test stations, test fixtures, and measurement equipment
- Document test and calibration results as well as technical deviations
- Support the development of test, calibration, and inspection fixtures
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance
- Train and onboard manufacturing employees and monitor performance metrics
- Help improve testing, repair, and quality processes
Required Education & Relevant Experience
- Completed vocational training and/or a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least two years of experience in an electronics or technical environment, ideally in testing, analysis, or repair of electronic assemblies
- Ability to confidently work with schematics, datasheets, and test instructions
- Strong technical understanding of electronic circuits, PCA assemblies, and testing and calibration processes
- Structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Good German and English language skills in a technical working environment
- Willingness to learn new products, test systems, and processes
- Willingness to cross-train in adjacent production areas and support other teams as needed
- Knowledge of IPC standards, Lean Manufacturing, and experience with ISO 9001
A Plus
- Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping
- Experience with PCB rework or component-level repair
- Certification in IPC standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/7721, or J-STD-001
- Experience with measurement equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, or function generators
