What we’re looking for- Your Mission

We're building one of Europe's largest drone production facilities and we need someone who wants to build drones with us. Hands-on, precise, and ready to shape how the factory runs from day one.

The day-to-day

Build and assemble drones and sub-systems to consistently high quality standards.
Support setup, optimization, and daily operation of the assembly line and production floor.
Perform incoming goods inspection, preparational work, and inventory handling to keep production moving.
Execute in-process and final quality checks — document deviations, support root-cause investigations.
Work with engineering to develop assembly procedures, tooling needs, and factory processes.

You should apply if you

Completed vocational training in a technical field — e.g. mechatronics, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
Comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, tools, and production equipment.
Hands-on, solution-oriented — you learn new procedures fast and get things done.
Strong attention to detail; you take pride in quality workmanship.
Able to work effectively in a multicultural team.
German B2 or higher; English B2 or higher.

Nice to haves

Experience in soldering and basic lean production principles.
First experience to UAVs or drone systems.
Eligible to obtain NATO or EU security clearance.
