Build the Berlin marketing engine. Grow into Marketing Director.
If you're looking for a classic marketing management job; running agencies, approving decks, owning a budget from a distance — this is not for you.
If you want to build a market hands-on, ship the work yourself, and earn the path to leading marketing across two countries — keep reading.
Officeguru is a fast-growing Danish office management platform (700+ customers, 7× Gazelle Award ). We bring lunch, cleaning, coffee, snacks, handyman services and more into one simple platform — helping companies create workplaces people actually want to show up to.
Now we're scaling Berlin, and we're looking for a Marketing Lead who's ready to go first.
The role: 20% strategy, 80% execution
This is a hands-on, builder-first role.
You'll be responsible for building Officeguru's marketing presence in Berlin by shipping work yourself — content, campaigns, funnels, events — not by writing briefs and waiting for output.
What you'll actually do:
- Own the Berlin marketing strategy and execute the majority of it yourself in the first 6–9 months, before the team grows around you
- Run paid funnels across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google — TOFU/MOFU/BOFU thinking, structured tests, weekly iteration
- Build the content engine across our four pillars (Authority, Proof, Community, Calendar) — write, edit, ship
- Hold the tone-of-voice line (talk to one Office Manager, in plain German, never corporate) — every post, every ad, every landing page passes the quality gate
- Coordinate with the Berlin sales team daily so marketing makes cold outreach warm — events, lead magnets, retargeting on walk-in accounts
- Manage and develop a small Berlin-based + remote team: a Berlin based SoMe & Community Manager and shared (HQ based) SEO/SEM and Paid SoMe students working across DK and DE
- Plan and deliver the Berlin event calendar (Work & Places monthly + four Officeguru-hosted events per year)
- Lead the State of Office Management report and the OM job board — the two flagship plays that establish category leadership
- Report into the CRO with a dotted line to the Danish marketing team — bring back what works, take what's already working in DK
Targets in year one:
- 120 ICP leads (meetings booked, requests created, or products sold digitally)
- 200% growth in social followers across Berlin channels
- 100% growth in organic website visits
This role starts without a large team by design. You'll act as the lead from day one, with formal scope expected to grow as traction is proven.
Who you are
You're likely at a point where you want more responsibility, more ownership, and more proximity to the work — not less.
You might be:
- A Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing in a B2B scale-up
- A T-shaped marketing specialist (paid, content, brand, or growth) ready to lead the whole stack
- A Marketing Lead at a smaller company looking to step up into a bigger market and a bigger path
You'll thrive here if you:
- Are a German native with excellent English — you'll write most of the work in German, and operate in English with the Danish team daily
- Are genuinely AI-savvy — you use AI in your daily workflow to ship faster, not as a future-of-marketing talking point
- Have a real marketing handicraft you can point to — graphic design, video, copywriting, paid, brand, or funnel building. T-shaped, not generalist-thin
- Are comfortable shipping work yourself for the first 6–9 months before the team grows
- Understand B2B funnel thinking and can defend why a post belongs in TOFU, MOFU, or BOFU
- Have an instinct for tone — you know the difference between "the chase, gone" and "streamlined operations" without having to be told
- Have run paid campaigns end-to-end (not just briefed them) and know what a well-tested funnel looks like
- Are commercially oriented — leads booked beats impressions reported, every day of the week
- Want to build something, not just manage what already exists
You don't need a perfect CV. You do need taste, output, and the ambition to grow into something bigger.
Growth & future opportunity
This role is designed to scale. And we're being explicit about it because the path is the point.
As Berlin proves out and the Danish and German marketing functions mature, this position is expected to evolve into:
- Marketing Director, Officeguru Group — leading marketing across Denmark and Germany
- Direct ownership of the Danish and German marketing teams
- A seat at the table on group-level commercial strategy
Leadership at Officeguru is earned by impact, not by slides. The carrot is real, and the path is short for the right person.
Why Officeguru?
- You help shape how an entire city market is built — and then how a group marketing function is run
- Marketing is a first-class function here, not a service desk for sales
- Strong support from HQ — Danish marketing team, established playbooks, real budget
- A scale-up culture with trust, speed, and room to grow
- A product that genuinely improves people's workday
Because good work starts with a great workplace — and Berlin deserves better ones.
