About the Role
As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founder at the technical core of our delivery team — on live client engagements and internal infrastructure. This isn't a generalist support role. You'll be building workflows, designing data models, and shipping automations alongside senior consultants who've done 65+ implementations.
The role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, CRM engineering, and AI-assisted GTM tooling. Bilingual EN/DE, remote from Germany (Berlin preferred), with occasional on-site sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship GTM workflows in HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, lemlist, cargo, Instantly, and HeyReach
- Support programmatic outbound: lead generation, ICP mapping, enrichment pipelines, AI-driven personalization
- Design and document CRM data architectures, process maps, and integration specs
- Administer HubSpot and Salesforce — user management, data hygiene, workflow optimization, custom objects
- Build dashboards and reports that surface signal, not noise
- Support data migrations with attention to schema mapping and data integrity
- Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) into real RevOps workflows — content ops, lead scoring, qualification, enablement
- Translate business requirements into system logic and ship against agile sprint cycles
- Estimate effort, log hours, communicate progress honestly
Required Experience & Skills
- We are intrested in strong project managers that are fast learners and can think creatively
- Prior experience in engineering and/or complex n8n automations and tool integrations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver work on time and within budget constraints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, especially during data migration and analytics reporting.
- Proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies, with adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Based in Germany, fluent in English; German strongly preferred
- Currently studying or recently graduated — Business, CS, Entrepreneurship, Liberal Arts, or anything where you've shown you can learn hard things fast
- Genuinely curious about how CRMs, data architecture, and automation fit together
- Comfortable in tool documentation, API references, and figuring things out hands-on
- Structured thinker — can translate "we need to track X" into a working system
- Proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do next
Bonus
- Hands-on with Clay, lemlist, Instantly, cargo, HubSpot, or n8n
- Built or automated something with AI
- Written SQL, Python, or worked with APIs to move/transform data
- Prior project in marketing, RevOps, or CRM systems
