About the Role
We are looking for a Transformation Program Director to lead our most strategic enterprise customer relationships and AI-driven transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on complex, regulated industries such as insurance, banking, and financial services.
This is a customer-facing, commercially oriented leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise sales, AI agents, consulting, transformation, and value realization. You will act as a senior trusted advisor to executives, helping customers identify high-impact use cases, shape transformation roadmaps, and scale adoption of Otera’s agentic automation platform across their organizations.
You will own the success of flagship accounts from initial strategic alignment through implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This role requires someone who can both sell a vision and deliver measurable outcomes: translating customer pain points into AI agent solutions, building executive confidence, driving commercial growth, and ensuring our platform becomes mission-critical to how customers operate.
This is not a delivery-only role. It is a front-line leadership seat at the center of customer impact, revenue growth, product evolution, and enterprise AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Transformation Leadership

Own the end-to-end transformation vision for strategic customer accounts, from initial ambition through multi-year execution.

Act as the senior, forward-deployed leader for accounts- partnering with executive stakeholders to define priorities, success metrics, and long-term roadmaps.

Lead customer enablement, adoption, and expansion, ensuring our platform becomes mission-critical to how clients operate.

Carry accountability for the commercial health and growth of accounts, contributing meaningfully to revenue through value realization and expansion.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify and close expansion opportunities.
Program & Delivery Excellence

Oversee complex, multi-workstream transformation programs spanning AI, automation, data, and operations.

Establish strong governance, delivery cadence, and executive-level reporting- ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability.

Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and make decisive trade-offs to keep programs delivering against strategic goals.

Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes- not just outputs.
AI-Driven Value Realization

Ensure deployments of our agentic automation platform deliver real, defensible business impact, not surface-level automation.

Push beyond “requirements met” to outcomes like straight-through processing, decision automation, and scalable operating leverage.

Define, track, and continuously validate value metrics with customers, tying technology deployment directly to business performance.
Product Co-Creation & Innovation

Serve as a critical feedback loop between customers and the Product team, co-shaping the product roadmap based on real-world usage and unmet needs.

Identify patterns across accounts that can be transformed into repeatable, productized capabilities.

About You
-
10+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, transformation leadership, customer success, solutions, or complex technology programs, with a track record of advising senior executives, building trust, and leading strategic customer engagements.

Selling or commercial experience, including account expansion, value-based selling, renewal support, enterprise sales partnership, or owning revenue growth within strategic accounts.

Hands-on experience with AI agents, agentic automation, AI/ML, intelligent automation, LLM-based products, or advanced workflow automation.

Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in the insurance sector or financial services transformation.

Commercially minded and understand how value creation, adoption, executive alignment, and revenue growth reinforce each other.

Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmaps and deliver differentiated solutions.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to lead from the front and the discipline to deliver results.

German or French language skills are a strong plus, especially for working with enterprise customers across Europe.
