As a Working Student in our R&D organization, you will support managers and development teams in Embedded Software and Signal Processing.
Support engineering managers in their day-to-day administrational work
Carrying out orders
Communication with suppliers and internal departments (e.g. for supplier creation or requests for quotation)
Coordination and monitoring of deliveries
Accounting of invoices with associated documentation
Systematic maintenance of documents, e.g. inventory lists
Support in the creation of documents for budget planning
Support with formalities for the recruitment of students
Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint
Current enrollment at a university
Strong organizational and communication skills
Structured and reliable way of working
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English and German language skills
The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
