As a Working Student in our R&D organization, you will support managers and development teams in Embedded Software and Signal Processing. You will gain insights into how innovative products are developed, how engineering organizations operate, and how ideas move from concept to market.
This role offers au nique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, project coordination, innovation management, and business operations.
Support engineering managers in their day-to-day operations
Coordinate activities across development teams and stakeholders
Assist with recruiting activities for students and interns
Help prepare presentations, reports, and management materials
Support innovation processes, including patent assessment activities
Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and supplier interactions
Maintain project and budget tracking information
Contribute to the organization and continuous improvement of team processes
Current enrollment at a university
Strong organizational and communication skills
Structured and reliable way of working
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English and German language skills
The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
