Our Executive Lounge is designed to offer our international VIP guests exceptional comfort—from separate check-in and check-out to meeting and conference facilities, as well as complimentary breakfast and dinner.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere—you’ll serve as a warm and friendly point of contact for our VIPs and regular guests on-site, treating them as equals
- Standard front office tasks (check-in/check-out, room assignments, billing)
- Confident handling of guest complaints
- Managing and maintaining the customer loyalty program
- Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Responsibility for ensuring smooth service in the lounge, including the buffet and beverage station
- General administrative and organizational tasks (correspondence, concierge duties, etc.), communication with all other departments in the hotel
What We Expect From You
- Successfully completed training in the hospitality industry
- Work experience at the front desk
- Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
- Very good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
- A conscientious work ethic
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for quality
- Proficiency with internal programs and advanced knowledge of all standard MS Office products (Excel/PowerPoint)
Not a requirement, but we’d appreciate it if you occasionally showed interest in and supported our social projects (e.g., volunteering at social institutions, donating in-kind items, etc., or even just serving as a mentor for newcomers)
