Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and commercially curious Working Student to join our Growth & GTM team. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with our founder and sales team to help build and execute our go-to-market engine. You will get exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of an early-stage cybersecurity startup, from outbound prospecting, to market research, to sales collateral and leave with real, measurable impact on a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities

GTM Support: Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns, including researching and building target account lists, drafting outreach sequences, and tracking pipeline activity in our CRM (Attio).

Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research into target markets, customer segments, industry trends, and competitors to inform our positioning and sales strategy.

Sales Collateral: Help create and refine pitch decks, one-pagers, email templates, and other materials that support our commercial outreach.

Event & Conference Support: Help identify and prepare for relevant industry events, conferences, and community initiatives across Europe and the US.

Cross-Functional Execution: Jump into ad-hoc growth and operations tasks as needed — this is a startup, and we value people who get things done.

Reporting & Tracking: Support the sales team with updating dashboards, tracking GTM KPIs, ROI and summarising key insights from customer conversations.
Requirements

Enrolment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Marketing, International Management, Communications, or a related field) and eligible for a working student position or internship.

Availability: Available up to 20 hours per week.

Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

Interest: Genuine interest in startups, B2B SaaS, sales, or cybersecurity.

Startup Mindset: A hunger to make things happen and have a true impact. An understanding of the fast-paced nature of early-stage startups and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Tools: Comfortable working with Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a bonus

Location: Ability to work onsite from our Berlin office.
