Support the day-to-day operations of our Italian Retail business by coordinating order processing, sample shipments, and stock monitoring.

Act as a point of contact for logistics-related topics and help ensure smooth collaboration with our partners.

Maintain and update product information and listings in Notion.

Monitor sensitive SKUs and proactively communicate out-of-stock situations to retailer logistics teams.

Collaborate closely with teams across KoRo, including Finance, Operations, Quality Management, Data Management, and Product.

Support the creation of presentations, sales materials, competitive analyses, and sales-related documentation.

Assist with sales order management and help drive operational excellence within the Retail business.

You are currently enrolled at Berlin-based university and available to work as a Working Student.

You are fluent in Italian and English (both are required).

You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

You are interested in Sales, Retail, FMCG, or Business-related topics and are eager to learn on the job.

Working student salary: 15.00 € per hour during Bachelor's studies / 17.00 € per hour for during Master's studies or with completed vocational training.
