About the Job
IT Infrastructure and Information Security (IFIS) has started a global transformation program aimed at enhancing the IFIS organization, leveraging simplification, quality and services harmonization. A key pillar of this transformation is the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, service quality and workforce productivity across the organization.
As AI Transformation Analyst, you will be part of the newly formed IFIS AI Automation team, working closely with the Transformation AI Automation Design Lead. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, identifying where AI can create measurable value across IFIS infrastructure and security processes, and translating those opportunities into well-defined use cases that the engineering team can build.
What you do
- Support the identification, assessment and prioritization of AI and Automation opportunities across IFIS processes, in line with the transformation roadmap.
- Interview process owners across IFIS pillars (network, workplace, data center, security) to map current (as-is) processes and identify AI-enabled redesign opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, use cases, epics and user stories that engineering can implement.
- Build and maintain business cases for prioritized initiatives, including expected value, effort and adoption considerations, in collaboration with process owners and technical teams.
- Maintain visibility of the AI use-case portfolio, ensuring consistency between business needs, use case design and expected value.
- Support stakeholder engagement across IFIS Regional Heads, Chapter Leads and Tribe Leads, and coordinate with Group-level AI stakeholders to ensure alignment with the broader AI program.
- Contribute to change management activities that support adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or another related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business analysis or consulting roles, ideally within complex or regulated organizations.
- Strong skills in business analysis, process design and functional requirements definition; prior exposure to process transformation or redesign initiatives is a plus.
- Solid applied understanding of the functional and business implications of AI solutions (e.g. Generative AI, LLMs, predictive models, automation).
- Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders as well as IT and AI technical teams, acting as a bridge between domains.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills and a clear focus on value creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, German is a plus.
What we offer
- We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
- We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).
- From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.
