This role goes far beyond traditional lead generation. As a Working Student GTM Strategy Analyst (m/f/x), you will play a critical role in shaping our outreach and market expansion efforts. You will learn how to analyze regulatory landscapes, understand complex business environments, identify high-potential target accounts, and support strategic go-to-market initiatives across multiple industries.
Working closely with our Business Development and GTM leadership teams, you will develop a deep understanding of how modern B2B software companies build scalable growth engines and bring innovative solutions to market.

Market Intelligence & Account Research: Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify target companies that are impacted by specific regulations and align with our ideal customer profile.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Support: Translate regulatory and product insights into actionable account targeting strategies that support our business development and marketing initiatives.
- Account & Stakeholder Mapping: Identify relevant decision-makers and buying centers within target organizations, building high-quality account and contact lists for outreach campaigns.
- Data Quality & Analysis: Maintain accurate and structured datasets while leveraging research tools and business intelligence platforms to generate actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and GTM leadership teams to support strategic projects and priority growth initiatives.
- AI-Powered Research & Productivity: Utilize modern AI and research tools to improve research quality, accelerate workflows, and continuously optimize go-to-market processes.

Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally combining business and technology disciplines such as Business Informatics, Management & Technology, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong research capabilities with the ability to quickly understand industries, business models, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Tools & Data: Comfortable working with Claude, AI research tools, LinkedIn, Excel and able to quickly learn and use new software.
- Curiosity & Ownership: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to independently solve problems and uncover insights.
- Language & Location: Fluent in English (German is a plus) and based in Munich with the ability to work regularly from our office.
