Within our Parking Business Unit, you will lead our DACH Partner Success team as the Team Manager - Partner Success (DACH). In this vital leadership position, you will report directly to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across regional delivery teams, global tooling, and regional leadership. The purpose of this role is to execute our regional partner success strategy, empower local teams, and ensure DACH partner success activities run efficiently and to high standards. As a unique opportunity, you will serve as a "flow agent," identifying process bottlenecks and bridging global systems with local market nuances, giving you a powerful platform to build stability for our growing team and shape the future of urban mobility in a high-growth environment.
Formulate and execute local partner success strategies that align with regional plans, taking ownership of local budgets and regional performance.
Ownership for the country(ies) budget and operational performance
Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across implementation projects, customer orders & support.
Continuously optimize end-to-end local delivery workflows (such as Order-to-Invoice), ensuring central global processes translate seamlessly to local market specificities.
Drive tooling optimization by transitioning legacy local platforms to global unified systems, balancing high scalability with essential local requirements.
Accountable for coordinating daily team operations and leading collective operational meetings, serving as a "flow agent" to resolve operational friction and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Instill a deep, customer-centric service mindset within the team through structured onboarding, professional training, and active stakeholder engagement.
Foster a cohesive, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment, supporting team well-being through regular 1-on-1 conversations and constructive feedback.
Standardize local procedures and establish robust KPI grids and dashboards to build transparency around client and partner service levels.’

5+ years of professional experience leading, motivating, and developing teams in operations management, project management, or partner/customer success within a high-growth SaaS, technology, or mobility environment.
Proven track record of developing and motivating diverse teams, including running performance reviews, compensation planning, and recruiting talent.
Strong experience in optimizing end-to-end local delivery workflows and leading transition initiatives from local systems to global platform solutions.
Excellent analytical capabilities, with a history of designing and utilizing KPI dashboards to drive data-based decisions and transparent service levels.
Native/C2 German and C1 English level. Additional European languages considered a plus.
