The Opportunity:
Als Inventory Analyst bei Mattel übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Supply Chain Management: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind. Mit deinem analytischen Blick auf Bestände, Aufträge und Lieferungen trägst du direkt dazu bei, dass unsere Markenwelt reibungslos funktioniert – von Barbie bis Hot Wheels.
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Planning, Logistik, Kundenservice & Vertrieb und stellst sicher, dass unsere Prozesse effizient, transparent und kundenorientiert laufen.
Deine Aufgaben :

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Inventory-Themen im Tagesgeschäft

Du bist die Schnittstelle zum regional Supply Replenishment Team und unterstützt auch bei europäischen Projekten

Du maximierst die Auftragszuteilung, indem du physische Bestände und Transitmengen über alle Produktlinien hinweg überwachst
-
Du erkennst Engpässe frühzeitig – analysierst nicht lieferbare Artikel und leitest proaktiv Maßnahmen ein

Du managst Promotionsbestände und stellst sicher, dass Kampagnen optimal unterstützt werden

Du arbeitest eng mit der Planning-Abteilung zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Vertriebs- und Marketingprognosen mit den tatsächlichen Lagerbeständen übereinstimmen

Du priorisierst eingehende Container im Distribution Center (DC) und sorgst so für eine hohe Unit Fill Rate

Du entwickelst Reporting-Tools zur besseren Sichtbarkeit und Steuerung der Bestände und arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse

Du unterstützt das regionale Rework-Team bei der Koordination von Nacharbeiten und Value Added Services (VAS)
Qualifications
Was du mitbringen solltest

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management oder Logistik/Planung

2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain oder als Inventory Analyst – idealerweise in der FMCG-Branche

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint; Kenntnisse in Tableau, AS400 oder SQL sind wünschenswert

Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis – du kannst Daten nicht nur lesen, sondern in handlungsrelevante Insights übersetzen

Gutes Verständnis für Supply-Chain-Abläufe und ein Gespür für effiziente Prozesse

Hands-on-Mentalität: Du erkennst Herausforderungen frühzeitig und findest pragmatische, wirkungsvolle Lösungen

Organisationsgeschick und Priorisierungstalent – du weißt, wann 80/20 der Schlüssel ist

Die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld ruhig, fokussiert und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben

Gross annual salary range of EUR 58,560 - EUR 69,540
