Campbell Scientific ist ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Lösungen zur Umwelt- und Datenerfassung. Für den Aufbau unseres neuen Produktionsstandorts in München suchen wir einen Fertigungsmitarbeiter Elektronik / Feinwerktechnik (m/w/d).
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Montage von Produkten, Baugruppen, Leiterplatten, Kabeln und mechanischen Komponenten. Du arbeitest nach definierten Fertigungs- und Qualitätsstandards, achtest auf Präzision und trägst dazu bei, stabile und effiziente Produktionsprozesse an unserem neuen Standort in München aufzubauen.

- Montage von Produkten, Baugruppen, Leiterplatten, Kabeln und mechanischen Komponenten
- Arbeit nach standardisierten Fertigungs- und Qualitätsprozessen
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Leistung und termingerechter Fertigung
- Meldung von Abweichungen in Produktionsprozessen oder bei der Produktqualität
- Saubere, organisierte und sichere Gestaltung des eigenen Arbeitsplatzes
- Teilnahme an Continuous-Improvement (Kaizen)-Aktivitäten und Schulungen
- Unterstützung bei Schulungen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Fertigungsabläufen
- Einarbeitung in verschiedene Produktlinien und Produktionsbereiche
- Unterstützung anderer Teams und Produktionsbereiche bei Bedarf
- Sorgfältiges Arbeiten auch bei terminkritischen Aufgaben
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung oder Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, Baugruppenmontage oder allgemeinen Produktion
- Idealerweise zwei bis vier Jahre praktische Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Verständnis für standardisierte Arbeitsabläufe
- Interesse an technischen Produktionsaufgaben und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Bereitschaft, neue Prozesse, Produkte und Fertigungsabläufe kennenzulernen
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am praktischen Anpacken
- Fähigkeit, schriftliche und mündliche Anweisungen zuverlässig umzusetzen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse im Arbeitsalltag
- Englischkenntnisse zum sicheren Lesen und Verstehen von Arbeits- und Anweisungsdokumenten
- Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung von Sensoren oder Baugruppenmontage mit Kabeln, Steckverbindern, Leiterplatten oder mechanischen Kleinteilen
- Praktische Erfahrung im Handlöten
- Gute Hand-Auge-Koordination und ausgeprägte Fingerfertigkeit
- Kenntnisse in IPC-Standards, ISO 9001 oder qualitätsorientierten Produktionsprozessen
- Kenntnisse in Continuous-Improvement, oder Value Stream Mapping von Vorteil

Campbell Scientific is a global leader in environmental monitoring and data acquisition solutions. As part of establishing our new manufacturing associate facility in Munich, we are looking for a Manufacturing – Electronics / Precision Assembly (m/f/d).
In this role, you will support the assembly of products, subassemblies, printed circuit boards, cables, and mechanical components. You will work according to defined manufacturing and quality standards, pay close attention to detail, and contribute to building stable and efficient production processes at our new Munich facility.

Your Responsibilities
- Assemble products, subassemblies, printed circuit boards, cables, and mechanical components
- Follow standardized manufacturing and quality processes
- Ensure product quality, performance, and on-time completion of manufacturing activities
- Report deviations in production processes or product quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) activities and training programs
- Support training initiatives and ongoing improvements to manufacturing processes
- Gain proficiency across multiple product lines and production areas
- Support other teams and production areas as needed
- Work carefully and accurately, even under time-sensitive conditions
Required Education & Relevant Experience
- Completed secondary education or vocational training
- Initial experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or general production environments
- Ideally two to four years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Careful, reliable, and detail-oriented work style
- Good understanding of standardized work procedures
- Interest in technical manufacturing activities and continuous improvement
- Willingness to learn new processes, products, and manufacturing methods
- Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
- Good German language skills for daily workplace communication
- English skills sufficient to confidently read and understand work instructions and manufacturing documentation
A Plus
- Experience in electronics manufacturing of sensors or assembly work involving cables, connectors, printed circuit boards, or small mechanical components
- Practical experience with hand soldering
- Good hand-eye coordination and strong manual dexterity
- Knowledge of IPC standards, ISO 9001, or quality-focused manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies or Value Stream Mapping is an advantage
