Campbell Scientific is a global leader in environmental data acquisition and measurement solutions. As we establish our new Munich manufacturing entity, we are seeking an Electronics Assembler II to support assembly processes for sensors, cables, THA, and mechanical components.
This role is ideal for a hands-on assembler who enjoys precision electronics and mechanical assembly, works well both independently and in a team, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow their skills and take on greater responsibilities in a new production environment.

The Electronics Assembler II is responsible for assembling finished products and subassemblies, including circuit boards, cables, and related mechanical assemblies. Individuals are cross-trained in multiple production areas to allow flexibility according to production demands. Both individual and group performance are monitored, including metrics for quality workmanship and process efficiency.
This position prepares the assembler to assume Electronics Assembler III responsibilities as skills and experience develop.

Assemble products according to standardised processes for quality and performance.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Report variances in production processes or quality deviations from standards.
Actively participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives and training.
Cross-train in multiple product lines and departments to support production flexibility.
Apply ISO 9001:2015 standards in daily assembly activities.
Develop and advance skills to assume Electronics Assembler III responsibilities.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training in electronics or mechanical trades preferred.
2–4 years of electronics or general manufacturing experience.
Experience with Value Stream Mapping is an advantage.
Practical training and application of IPC 610-D, IPC WHMA-A-620, and IPC 7711 standards.
Hand soldering experience.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret English instruction documents.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
