We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Psychology, or a related field (recognized by German authorities)
- Is a native English speaker
- Has at least 2 years of experience working with young learners
- Is committed to supporting children aged 0–6 in both care and development
- Creates a creative, playful, and nurturing learning environment
- Works collaboratively with parents and Kindergarten leadership
- Thrives in a multicultural, team-based environment
- Demonstrates empathy for children’s emotional and developmental needs
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and passion to early years education
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
- Is confident in documenting student progress
- Is ready to relocate to Germany and join our international school community
