Job Description:
Are you interested in procurement, supplier management, and driving improvement projects in an international industrial environment?
As a VIE - Junior Customer Project Buyer, you will join a dynamic procurement team and play a key role in building strong supplier partnerships while contributing to strategic sourcing and transformation initiatives. This VIE offers a unique opportunity to develop your negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills while working with both local and global teams.
You will be supported by experienced procurement professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real business challenges in a highly international environment.

Support the deployment of procurement strategies for a portfolio of suppliers and products within the cluster.

Collaborate with category managers and operational teams to identify sourcing opportunities and improve supplier performance.

Participate in supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding activities.

Contribute to supplier transition projects, including supplier changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Help monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, and competitiveness, while participating in action plans when needed.

Support supplier relationship management activities, including business reviews, performance tracking, and cross-functional projects.

Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering

Up to 2 years of experience (including internships, apprenticeships, or graduate projects).

Strong interest in procurement, supplier management, and project coordination.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and solve problems.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
