Project & Finance Controlling

Your Responsibilities

Here is an overview of your key tasks and daily responsibilities.

You own the full scope of project controlling - from costing and scheduling to ongoing budget control and final settlement and make sure our projects are delivered on time and on budget.

You actively drive the automation of our reporting. With your expertise in SAP byDesign and Excel (incl. VBA), you give the entire company meaningful analyses at the push of a button.

You take ownership of evolving our controlling tools, KPIs, and processes - critical, pragmatic, and always with an eye on business value.

By independently preparing statistics, ad-hoc analyses, and financial statements (HGB/IFRS), you keep the company's economic and financial position in clear view and act as a competent sparring partner for the management team and the wider business.

Your Pofile

The skills, experience, and mindset we are looking for.

You hold a university degree in business with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting and bring several years of professional controlling experience - ideally from a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.

Excel isn't just a tool for you, it's a strength. You command complex formulas and VBA and use both deliberately to automate processes and scale analyses.

You have a strong sense for numbers, think analytically, and never lose sight of the business context - for you, data and KPIs aren't dry material but the foundation of good decisions.

You communicate confidently, challenge assumptions, and work both independently and in a structured way even when things move fast, you keep the overview.

Solid knowledge of SAP byDesign and strong MS Office skills (especially Excel/VBA) round out your profile.
