As a Solutions Engineer for public authorities, you support customers across Germany in identifying, evaluating, and implementing suitable IT solutions.

You act as a trusted technical advisor and work closely with account teams and partners to develop secure solution concepts tailored to mission-critical requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and prospects within authorities of Internal Security to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
- Translate customer requirements into solution concepts in collaboration with internal teams and partners
- Present technologies and solution approaches to different stakeholders and adapt communication to various audiences
- Support technical aspects of account development and contribute to building long-term customer relationships
- Analyze existing IT environments and security requirements (e.g., compliance, protection needs) and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Collaborate closely with Client Executives and cross-functional teams
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and events (nationwide)

- Interest in IT technologies and trends (e.g., cloud, data management, security, or infrastructure)
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solution ideas clearly
- Structured and analytical way of working, combined with curiosity and openness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions
- Experience in working with customers or in technical roles is beneficial
- Experience in the public sector environment is an advantage but not required
- Professional proficiency in German and a good command of English
