Als Strategic Business Partner Globales Produktionscontrolling (m/w/d) gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung unseres internationalen Produktionscontrollings maßgeblich & federführend mit und sorgen für Transparenz, Effizienz und nachhaltige Performance in allen Produktionsstandorten von Pepperl+Fuchs.
Der Schwerpunkt dieser Rolle liegt auf strategisch relevanten Projekten und der Entwicklung eines Zielbildes für die mittelfristige Ausrichtung des Performance Measurements im Produktionsbereich sowie die Betreuung der Umsetzung.
Ohne direkte disziplinarische Verantwortung arbeiten Sie mit einem globalen Netzwerk von Plant Controllern fachlich zusammen und fungieren als Impulsgeber für moderne Steuerungs- und Performance-Management-Ansätze.
Verbinden Sie strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer Implementierungsstärke, bringen neue Perspektiven ein und gestalten Veränderungen aktiv mit.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Kritische Analyse & aktives Hinterfragen der bestehenden Strukturen, Prozesse und Steuerungsinstrumente innerhalb des internationalen Produktionsbereichs
- Identifizierung von Gaps und Optimierungspotentialen sowie Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen zur schrittweisen Weiterentwicklung des Produktionscontrollings (bspw. in der Produktkalkulation, Performance Steuerungssystemen)
- Aktives Treiben und Begleiten der Umsetzung von Optimierungspotentialen gemeinsam mit den Plant / Standortcontrollern in unseren internationalen Werken
- Sparringspartner der Standortcontroller & Standortleitungen auf Augenhöhe und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Produktionsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Etablierung einer Kultur der Verantwortlichkeit, kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und eines datengestützten Performance Managements
- Entwicklung von projektspezifischen Business Cases und Investitionsanalysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Top Management und fortlaufende Überprüfungen nach der Implementierung
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
- Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht auf Managementebene zu kommunizieren
- Ambition zur aktiven Mitgestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen im Unternehmen
- Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie Team- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS Access; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-Tools (z. B. Alteryx) und BI-/Analyse-Tools zur Datenvisualisierung (z. B. Tableau oder vergleichbar)

As a Strategic Business Partner for Global Production Controlling (m/f/d), you will play a key and leading role in shaping the further development of our international production controlling and ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainable performance across all Pepperl+Fuchs production sites. The focus of this role is on strategically relevant projects and the development of a roadmap for the medium-term direction of performance measurement in the production sector as well as overseeing its implementation. Without direct line management responsibility, you will collaborate professionally with a global network of plant controllers and serve as a driving force for modern control and performance management approaches. You will combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation skills, bring new perspectives to the table and actively shape change.
Your Responsibilities
- Critical analysis and active scrutiny of existing structures, processes and management tools within the international production division
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action to gradually advance production controlling (e.g. in product costing and performance management systems)
- Actively driving and supporting the implementation of optimization opportunities in collaboration with plant and site controllers at our international facilities
- Serving as a peer-level sparring partner for site controllers and site management, and working closely with global production management
- Supporting the establishment of a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and data-driven performance management
- Developing project-specific business cases and investment analyses as a basis for decision-making by top management and conducting ongoing reviews following implementation
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field with a focus on controlling
- Several years of experience in production controlling at an internationally active company
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong numerical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex issues to management in a way that is tailored to the audience
- Ambition to actively shape change processes within the company
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a team-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Very good command of German and English and willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access; ideally, experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) and BI/analytics tools for data visualization (e.g. Tableau or similar)
