About this Position

What you´ll do

Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing international finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Act as a change leader by driving finance transformation initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding a forward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization
Identify and assess strategically relevant topics; prepare executive-level analyses and decision briefings for senior leadership as their trusted advisor
Lead in-depth analyses to derive data-driven insights supporting key decisions (e.g., portfolio management, investments, M&A, resource allocation)
Conduct peer, competitor, and best-practice benchmarking to uncover performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, external disruptions, and strategic options (e.g. macroeconomic developments)
Ensure seamless alignment between corporate strategy, business unit priorities, and operational execution
Define, drive, and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring their successful completion
Oversee group financial reporting processes, consolidate financial data and analyze financial performance and trends

What makes you a good fit

Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience in finance, strategy, or controlling, ideally in an international environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities, project management skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (i.e. IFRS )
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights
Experience in benchmarking, scenario analysis, and strategic planning
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English language skills (German is a plus)
