Why we exist

European biotech founders and small pharmaceutical companies are developing the drugs and medical technologies of tomorrow. They face the same regulatory requirements as Big Pharma, with a fraction of the resources. We build the software that closes that gap.

Who we are

The founding team are 2nd-time founders who built a customer platform for a Top 3 automotive supplier, carrying 1B€+ in revenue. Their backgrounds include prior years at SAP. We are backed by business angels with a 100M+ € exit and recognised Life Sciences thought leaders.

The role

You will be the right hand of the founder, with responsibility on the level of a co-founder. Strategic thinking and operational execution in constant rotation: once a direction is set, you also own the implementation.

This is not a classic assistant role.

Initial focus

Marketing and growth hacking. You will independently concept, launch and iterate new growth channels, then double down on what works.

What you will do

Build, test and iterate new marketing and growth channels end-to-end
Run growth experiments: hypothesis, ship, measure, decide
Translate strategic decisions into executed initiatives across the company
Engage directly with customers: biotech founders, regulatory teams, pharma operators
Support the founder on the operational priorities that need the most leverage

What we look for

Hands-on, proactive, structured, with high self-motivation
Entrepreneurial mindset, sustainable in how you work
Willing to take on responsibility and ownership
Comfortable with rapid context switching, able to sustain focus through intense delivery phases
Able to flex hours during product launches and customer rollouts
Fluent in English and German. French or another European language is a plus
Prior startup experience at revenue stage is an advantage; growth hacking, marketing, B2B SaaS or Life Sciences exposure is a strong plus

Setup

Format: Internship (max 3 months), working student (max 6 month), or full-time role
Location: 100% On-site, Mafinex Technologiezentrum, Mannheim
Compensation: €16.00 to €22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience
