Your Responsibilties
- Overall responsibility for the operational execution of a large-scale international project portfolio (projects ranging from a few MW up to several hundred MW)

Ensuring the successful implementation of multiple parallel, complex projects with investment volumes in the triple-digit millions

Responsibility for the commercial and operational execution of customer orders, from contract signing through to final acceptance

Leadership and further development of a scalable project execution organization

Further development and implementation of best practices, governance structures, and KPI systems to ensure successful project execution

Introduction and enhancement of standardized processes, tools, and methodologies in project management

Close collaboration - specifically with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Executive Management (direct reporting line)

Overall responsibility for adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards through effective risk/opportunity management, claims and contract management, HSE performance, and customer satisfaction

Responsibility for the execution of projects involving complex contractual structures - ranging from supply agreements with numerous lots to consortium agreements

Escalation management for critical project deviations

Building long-term customer relationships at the executive level

Representing the company to customers, partners, and other stakeholders

Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team comprising Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Schedulers

Fostering a performance-oriented international project culture

Coaching and professional development of Project Managers for large-scale international projects

Resource planning and capacity management across the entire project portfolio

Establishing appropriate organizational structures to support future company growth
What You Bring
- Completed degree in engineering, preferably in the fields of General Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Plant Construction, or a comparable discipline

Many years of experience in leading international EPC and large-scale projects within the plant construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors

Experience with complex products/solutions in general or specialized plant construction, including EPC projects
-
Experience collaborating with consortium partners

Comprehensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Chemical Plant Construction sectors, or other branches of the process industry

Advanced training, certifications, and experience in Project Management and PMO (Project Management Office)

Solid expertise in EPC project execution, contract management, claims management, project controlling, and risk management
-
Exceptional organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership skills
-
Strong assertiveness, negotiation skills, and high level of interpersonal competence

High resilience and strong decision-making ability

Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

Business-fluent communication skills at the executive level

Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office
