Wir suchen einen Regional Medical Affairs Manager (m/w/d).
Als wichtiges Mitglied unseres Medical Affairs-Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für den Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften mit medizinischen Fachkräften sowie wissenschaftlichen Stakeholdern in Deutschland. Sie fördern den wissenschaftlichen Austausch und stellen sicher, dass hochwertige, evidenzbasierte medizinische und wissenschaftliche Informationen zu den Biopharma-Produkten von Grifols in einem oder mehreren Therapiegebieten kommuniziert werden.

Wissenschaftliche Kommunikationsaktivitäten zu leiten, darunter medizinische Fortbildungen, Advisory Boards, Kongressaktivitäten sowie die Beantwortung medizinischer Anfragen.
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Biologie, Biomedizin, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder Humanmedizin.

We are looking for a Regional Medical Affairs Manager.
You will be a key member of the Medical Affairs organization, responsible for building strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders in Germany. You will drive scientific engagement and ensure the communication of high-quality, evidence-based medical and scientific information related to Grifols Biopharma products across one or more therapeutic areas.
What your responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute local Medical Affairs strategies while providing scientific expertise to support business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, driving scientific exchange and gathering valuable medical insights.
Lead scientific communication activities, including medical education, advisory boards, congress participation and responses to medical enquiries.
Support evidence generation initiatives and ensure the scientific accuracy and compliance of medical and promotional materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access and other stakeholders while managing projects and budgets in compliance with company standards.
Who you are

You hold a university degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or Medicine.

A PhD, MD or equivalent advanced scientific qualification is preferred.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar Medical Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry.

You possess a strong scientific understanding of clinical research, medical literature and pharmaceutical development.

You have excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.

You demonstrate a high level of scientific credibility and ethical standards.

You are comfortable working cross-functionally with medical, commercial and regulatory teams.

You have a professional level of English, both written and spoken.

You are proficient with standard computer applications and digital tools.

You are willing to travel as required.
