We are looking for a person with excellent Spanish language skills to handle order processing in our back office.
Language proficiency level: C2

We are an established international wholesaler supplying business customers all over the world.
Our office is centrally located in Düsseldorf, with good links to public transport and the motorway, and is equipped with modern facilities.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking
- Relevant professional experience in order processing, customer contact and internal sales support
- Experience with CRM/ERP programmes
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes, particularly Outlook and Excel
Your responsibilities:
- Processing incoming orders and supporting the field sales team
- Responding to customer enquiries by email and telephone
- Preparing quotations and advising customers over the telephone
- Maintaining and updating our customer master data
- Attending trade fairs as required
- You live in Düsseldorf or surrounding area
