We are looking to hire an IT SUPPORT based in Frankfurt.
Main responsabilities :

Provide technical assistance to employees or customers regarding Hardware Software and Network issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via Phone, E-Mail, Chat or in Person.

Install configure and maintain Computer Systems, Software, Printers and other IT Equipment.

Perform System Updates, Patches and Upgrades.
-
Manage user accounts and permissions.

Monitor IT Systems to identify potential issues and ensure smooth operations.

Document issues and solutions in Ticketing Systems.

Set up Workstations for new employees (Hardware, Software, Accounts).

Complete required security documentation and ensure all items are correctly labeled.

Ensure IT security compliance such as applying security policies and monitoring for risks.

Location: Must be located in Frankfurt or near by and be able to travel to various locations (Berlin,Munich)

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.

Expierence: Previous experience in help desk or technical support is preferred.

Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, Strong communicaton skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of remote support Tools (TeamViewer, RDP, Anydesk)
