POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, Europe, the position is a role with multi-country responsibilities within Region Europe.
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the completion of administrative and reporting tasks in support of regional inventory control processes, with a critical focus on accuracy and timeliness.
The role will be supporting processes in Europe, where operations may be running in different time zones to where the candidate is located. Because of this, some flexibility and occasional non-standard scheduled support will be necessary.
The candidate is also expected to help cover and manage critical tasks needed during any periods where their line manager or colleague(s) in the same function are out of the office or not readily available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly creation and analysis of inventory reconciliation reports between our subcontracted 3PL service suppliers and our internal ERP systems.
Creation and maintenance of inventory accuracy reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
Timely reporting and resolution of any issues affecting inventory accuracy, some of which require alignment with stakeholders in other functions before correcting.
Monitoring of creation and booking of Purchase Orders at our subcontracted warehouses.
Supporting and reporting of yearly Physical Inventory process within subcontracted 3PL service suppliers under our responsibility.
Preparation and analysis for local market destruction/scrapping process, including documentation and process execution (under customs supervision).
Support in management and reconciliation of regional “car stock”.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

EXTERNAL:
3PL service suppliers in the region
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Supply Chain management.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Focus on Quality and Accuracy.
Analytical and able to work independently.
Competent with all MS Office applications (Excel proficiency is a must!)
Comfortable working with remote manager.
Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexible and a quick learner.
Experience with ERP systems, currently AX (SAP is preferred!)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: Fluent written/spoken English required. Additional written/spoken German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Dutch is welcome.
Travel: Occasional < 5% within region, normally within same day.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 48,800 EUR to 65,000 EUR corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
