Student Housing and Relationship Coordinator (m/f/d)
(full-time; 38.5 hrs./week, limited; 12 months (parental leave cover) )
This position is to support students living in Constructor Living KG-managed on-campus housing by coordinating housing and welfare assistance and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the strategic partnership with Constructor Living KG, serving as the primary liaison and ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and regular review
Coordinate housing, welfare, and safeguarding referrals between the University and Constructor Living KG, ensuring timely escalation and compliance with University policies
Advocate for students in housing-related matters, promoting fair, transparent, and practical resolutions
Negotiate accommodation-related services, facilities, and operational arrangements with Constructor Living KG to support a positive student experience and mitigate risks
Gather and analyse student accommodation feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvement and working with Constructor Living KG to enhance the student residential experience
Collaborate with the Student Welfare Team to embed safeguarding and duty-of-care principles in all joint accommodation processes.
Your Qualifications:
EQR 6, State-recognised Educator or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Educational Administration, Organisational Management, Social Work. Masters Degree preferred.
Experience of managing partnerships or relationships across teams
Experience of supporting international students using a case management model
Knowledge and experience of housing regulations and laws, tenant rights etc.
