What to Expect
As a member of the education team, in the role of a lead of dual students, you will be the first point of contact for a group of Future Talents. Tesla primarily offers technically orientated bachelor and master courses, including mechanical and electrical engineering, automation technology and IT programs. In order to ensure both organizational and professional support for our students, we are looking for you!
What You'll Do-
Disciplinary management of dual students, trainees and fellows

Independent organization and support of students and trainees in different programs

Coordination, organization and flow planning of the practical phases, planning and implementation of projects in collaboration with universities, institutes and in cooperation with different departments at Tesla

Establishment and expansion of the relationship with partner universities and coordination of the study programs and the respective content / curricula in alignment with the needs at Giga Berlin; development of further study programs

Organization and implementation of instructions and specialized technical trainings

Monitoring and documentation of learning progress and results in collaboration with mentors / departments

Supporting attraction and selection of talents for future intakes, e.g. in interviews, events and fairs
What You'll Bring-
Bachelor's degree in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering, automation technology or similar, or successfully completed technical vocational training with several years of professional experience

Proactive, solution-oriented style of working

Very good technical knowledge
