We’re looking for a Senior/Lead QA Analyst to own our QA strategy, scale automation, and ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality.
Role Overview
As a Senior / Lead QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our decentralized applications. You’ll define and execute our QA strategy across Web3 systems, from smart contracts integrations to front-end dApps, while scaling automation frameworks and embedding testing into our CI/CD pipelines. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll lead test planning and automation efforts, establish quality benchmarks, and mentor team members, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of usability and
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including automation coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.

Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts integration).

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) to support continuous delivery.

Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements.

Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing.

Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams.

Mentor other QA engineers/analysts, providing guidance on automation, bug triage, and process improvements.

Work closely with DevOps to strengthen release pipelines and quality gates.
Required Skills
-
5+ years of experience in QA/software testing (including 2+ years in the Web3 space), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.

Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.).

Strong experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.

Familiarity with Web3 technologies : smart contracts, wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, hardware wallets), blockchain transactions, gas estimations.

Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Linear, TestRail, etc.).

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Solid understanding of smart contract development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry).

Background in security and performance testing for blockchain and dApps.

Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or L2 scaling solutions.
