As Tech Education Lead, you will shape the strategy, quality, and evolution of ReDI School's technical and AI learning portfolio. You will design scalable, learner-centred learning experiences that prepare people from underrepresented communities for the future of work. Working closely with educators, partners, and internal teams, you will translate emerging technologies and labour market needs into impactful educational pathways. Through continuous innovation and collaboration, you will help ensure ReDI delivers high-quality, inclusive, and future-ready digital education.
Fixed Term: September - December 2026 (with the possibility to extend it)
Working hours: 90% - 100%
As Tech Education Lead, you will shape the future of technical education at ReDI School. You will own the strategy, quality, and continuous evolution of our technical learning portfolio, ensuring learners develop the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to access careers in technology. You'll be mainly active in 2 projects: our Digital Career Program, and the development and continuous improvement of ReDI's AI learning portfolio (IM AI / ReDI Campus), supporting scalable digital learning initiatives and strategic educational partnerships
Rather than simply managing courses, you will design scalable learning systems, empower educators, and translate industry trends into engaging learning experiences. You will work at the intersection of technology, learning design, and community, creating an educational ecosystem that continuously improves through data, experimentation, and collaboration
This role requires being based in Berlin, with flexibility for hybrid work (3-4 days of home office). You will work collaboratively across locations but remain embedded in the local Berlin team.
Define the Technical & AI Learning Strategy
Own the educational strategy and curriculum for both the Digital Career Program and the IM AI learning portfolio.
Shape technical and AI learning pathways based on learner needs, labour market insights, emerging technology trends, and partner priorities.
Decide which courses and learning pathways should be introduced, updated, expanded, merged, or phased out to ensure a future-ready portfolio.
Lead educational research, experimentation, and continuous innovation to inform curriculum design and improve learning outcomes.
Ensure all learning experiences are aligned with ReDI's mission, industry demand, and opportunities for employment and lifelong learning.
Contribute educational expertise to grant proposals, strategic partnerships, and new program development, particularly in the fields of AI and digital skills.
Lead the design and continuous improvement of learner-centred, project-based technical and AI learning experiences.
Apply Learning Experience Design (LXD) principles to create engaging, inclusive, and employment-oriented learning journeys.
Review, curate, and assure the quality of curricula, learning content, assessments, and learning outcomes across all technical and AI programs.
Coordinate curriculum development and continuous improvement together with teaching teams and external content partners.
Establish clear learning outcomes, milestones, assessment methods, and quality standards across the learning portfolio.
Adapt and localize learning content to meet the needs of diverse learner groups and support international delivery across ReDI's network.
Promote the meaningful integration of AI into technical education while ensuring responsible, practical, and learner-centred use of AI technologies..
