Zur Unterstützung unseres Warehouse-Teams suchen wir eine starke Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, den Shopfloor aktiv steuert, Teams führt und gemeinsam mit uns Strukturen sowie Prozesse weiterentwickelt.
Wir suchen keinen reinen Verwalter, sondern einen hands-on Supervisor, der Probleme löst, Ordnung schafft und Verantwortung übernimmt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Steuerung der täglichen Warehouse-Prozesse (Daily Operations)
- Führung und operative Steuerung eines Warehouse-Teams (ca. 5–10 Mitarbeitende je nach Volumen und Auftragslage)
- Einteilung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen:
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Pick
- Pack
- LKW Be- und Entladung
- Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und reibungslosen Materialflusses
- Durchsetzung von Ordnung, Struktur und Warehouse-Regeln
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Identifikation, Priorisierung und Lösung operativer Probleme
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
- Durchführung von Daily Briefings und Priorisierung der Tagesaufgaben
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Produktivität und operativer Stabilität
- Eskalation relevanter Themen an das Management
Das bringst du mit
- Erfahrung im Warehouse-, Lager- oder Logistikumfeld
- Erste Führungserfahrung als Schichtleiter, Supervisor oder Teamlead von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, pragmatische und hands-on Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie klare Kommunikation
- Fähigkeit, Teams zu führen, zu motivieren und Probleme lösungsorientiert zu lösen
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Inbound, Outbound, Pick & Pack wünschenswert
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Ordnung, Sicherheit und Qualität
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse zur Verständigung im operativen Tagesgeschäft erforderlich

To strengthen our warehouse team, we are looking for a strong personality who takes ownership, actively leads the shopfloor, manages teams, and helps us further develop structures and processes.
We are not looking for a pure administrator, but for a hands-on supervisor who solves problems, creates structure, and takes responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing daily warehouse operations (Daily Operations)
- Leading and operational management of a warehouse team (approx. 5–10 employees depending on volume and workload)
- Planning and coordinating employees in the following areas:
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Picking
- Packing
- Truck loading & unloading
- Ensuring a structured and efficient material flow
- Enforcing warehouse standards, structure, and operational rules
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
- Identifying, prioritizing, and solving operational problems
- Supporting process improvements and operational efficiency
- Conducting daily briefings and prioritizing daily tasks
- Ensuring quality, productivity, and operational stability
- Escalating relevant operational topics to management
Your Profile
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shopfloor operations
- Initial leadership experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Team Lead is a plus
- Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style
- Strong communication and assertiveness
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support teams
- Experience in inbound, outbound, picking, and packing is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility for order, safety, and quality
- Basic English communication skills for day-to-day warehouse operations are required
