Steuerung und Umsetzung von Spritzgussprojekten – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife

Analyse und Interpretation von Produktions- und SAP-Daten zur Optimierung der Prozesse

Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams (z.B. Engineering, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf) sowie Sicherstellung einer KPI-basierten Projektsteuerung und Zielverfolgung

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Sinne von Lean Manufacturing

Positionsanforderungen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Spritzgussumfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Thermoplaste
-
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung thermoplastischer Werkstoffe sowie im Spritzguss-, Werkzeug- und Qualifizierungsprozess
-
Erfahrung in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmethoden (bspw. Lean Manufacturing)

Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in der Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln, Spritzgießwerkzeugen und Automationsequipment

Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Qualitätsstandards (z.B. ISO 9001, AS9100)

Erfahrung mit Simulationstools wie Moldflow von Vorteil
