Reining Transport is an international transport and logistics company, founded in 1925, with offices in Kolham (the Netherlands), several locations in Germany and Budapest (Hungary).
Our main activities are international transport and logistics, with a strong focus on the Benelux, Germany, France and Switzerland. More than 320 Reining trucks are on the road every day, mainly serving B2B customers.
We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Employee who speaks Bulgarian fluently to strengthen our international HR team.
The position
Your main task will be to find and recruit qualified professional truck drivers, especially candidates from Bulgaria and other European countries.
You will build your own network of candidates, contact potential drivers, conduct interviews and guide them through the recruitment and onboarding process.
Once drivers join Reining, you will continue to be one of their main contacts. You will work closely with our HR colleagues in Germany, the Netherlands and Hungary and help ensure smooth communication between the drivers and the company.
An important part of the position will also be developing new recruitment channels and finding new ways to reach suitable candidates.
Your responsibilities
- Find and recruit professional truck drivers
- Build and maintain your own candidate network
- Contact candidates and conduct interviews
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process
- Stay in contact with drivers after they join the company
- Work together with our international HR team
- Develop new recruitment channels and contacts
- Support our recruitment activities on social media
- Keep up to date with relevant employment and labor regulations
What we are looking for
- Fluent Bulgarian, both spoken and written – required
- Good working knowledge of English and/or German – required
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
- Experience in transport and logistics is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Comfortable communicating with people from different countries and backgrounds
- Knowledge of international labor regulations is an advantage
- Previous experience recruiting professional drivers is a plus

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
Languages:
Bulgarian – fluent, spoken and written (required)
English and/or German – good working knowledge (required)
