Für unsere neue Werkstatt und den Ausbau unserer Flotte im Raum Düsseldorf suchen wir engagierte Mechaniker*innen (m/w/d), die von Anfang an dabei sein wollen. 1. Senior Fahrradmechaniker*in (m/w/d) Als Senior bist du das technische Rückgrat unserer neuen Düsseldorfer Werkstatt. Du verbringst deine Zeit fast ausschließlich in der Werkstatt, optimierst die Abläufe vom ersten Tag an und bist Mentor*in für das Team.
- Deine Aufgaben: Verantwortung für die Endmontage (Assembly Finish) und technische Endkontrollen, Durchführung komplexer Reparaturen und Diagnosen, Überwachung der Qualitätsstandards.
- Dein Profil: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fahrradmechanik, tiefgehende Kenntnisse moderner Fahrradtechnik, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Gehalt: 2.800,00 € - 3.100,00 € pro Monat.
2. Junior Fahrradmechaniker*in (m/w/d) Als Junior liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf der Endmontage und der technischen Instandhaltung. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere brandneuen Düsseldorfer Bikes perfekt auf die Straße rollen.
- Deine Aufgaben: Endmontage und Feinjustierung neuer Fahrräder, Durchführung präventiver Wartungsarbeiten, Sicherstellung der 100%igen Verkehrstauglichkeit.
- Dein Profil: Praktisches Denkvermögen und handwerkliches Geschick. Professionelle Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss (Training erfolgt vor Ort).
- Gehalt: 2.500,00-2700,00 € pro Monat.

1. Senior Bicycle Mechanic (m/f/d) As a Senior, you are the technical backbone of our new Düsseldorf workshop. You will spend almost all your time in the workshop, optimizing workflows from day one, and serving as a mentor for the team.
- Your Tasks: Responsibility for the assembly finish and final technical inspections, performing complex repairs and diagnostics, and maintaining quality standards.
- Your Profile: Several years of professional experience in bicycle mechanics, in-depth knowledge of modern bike tech, and a high level of responsibility.
- Salary: €2,800.00 - €3,100.00 per month.
2. Junior Bicycle Mechanic (m/f/d) As a Junior, your focus is on assembly finishing and technical maintenance. You ensure that our brand-new Düsseldorf bikes hit the streets in absolute perfection.
- Your Tasks: Final assembly and fine-tuning of new bicycles, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring 100% roadworthiness of the fleet.
- Your Profile: Practical mindset and manual dexterity. Professional experience is a plus, but not mandatory (on-site training provided).
- Salary: €2,500.00 per month.
