Summary Statement

To ensure that these business processes are represented efficiently, scalably and in an integrated manner worldwide, Business Process Management is establishing seamless, standardised end-to-end processes for Ottobock’s international business areas.
The focus of this role is on developing a central configuration framework that standardises products, services, prices, documents and business processes and maps them within an integrated system landscape. In doing so, you will create the foundation for scalable digital business processes and actively shape Ottobock’s future process and system landscape.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and establishment of a company-wide configuration framework for the standardised representation of products, services, prices, documents and business processes
Develop and continuously enhance scalable configuration models to harmonise processes and systems across countries, functions and organisational boundaries
Collaborate closely with international business units, Global IT, SAP, Salesforce and other project teams to design an integrated end-to-end solution
Establish governance structures and standards to ensure the sustainable maintenance and further development of configuration models
Contribution of pilots, rollouts and change management activities to ensure the successful implementation of new digital processes and ways of working
Qualifications
Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
Relevant professional experience in configuration, Business Process Management, Process Engineering or the implementation of ERP or business systems
Sound understanding of complex business processes across sales, service, manufacturing or patient care value chains, as well as an interest in their rule-based and system-based representation in ERP or business applications
Experience with or a strong interest in configuration frameworks, rule sets or variant configuration, ideally within an SAP environment (e.g. SAP Variant Configuration) or comparable platforms
Very good German and English language skills as well as enthusiasm for working in transformation projects
