Your Responsibilities:
Refine and enhance the overall strategy for Facility and Energy Management
Ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all campus facilities
Oversee technical, commercial, and infrastructural services across the campus
Drive sustainability and energy management initiatives forward
Lead construction, renovation, and campus development projects from planning to execution
Manage budgets, resources, and external partners with a focus on quality and efficiency
Ensure compliance, quality standards, and smooth project delivery
Oversee space planning and campus utilization to support collaboration and growth
Ensure high-quality delivery of services such as cleaning, catering, and infrastructure support
Continuously improve the campus experience for students, staff, and guests
Lead, develop, and grow the Facility and Energy Management team
Set clear goals, create accountability, and support team development
Act as key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Align facility strategies with organizational needs and future development
Your qualifications:
You bring a degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, facility management, or a comparable technical field
You have technical expertise in building systems, infrastructure, and facility operations
You understand commercial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and contract management
You have experience leading complex projects and managing multiple priorities
You bring strong leadership and communication skills and engage confidently with different stakeholders
You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken
You are comfortable working with standard digital tools and systems
