At Eplus3D, you will work directly with some of the world's largest and most advanced industrial metal 3D printing systems. You will support customers worldwide and play an active role in transforming the future of industrial manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical after-sales support via phone, email, remote support, and on-site customer visits
- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial metal 3D printing systems
- Perform independent service assignments at customer sites to ensure stable and reliable production processes
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and system-related issues
- Carry out preventive maintenance and replacement of wear parts when required
- Work closely with R&D, Application Engineering, and Pre-Sales teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous product and service optimization
- Document service activities, technical findings, and customer feedback
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification, or a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong interest in additive manufacturing, industrial automation, and advanced production technologies
- Hands-on mentality with excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working with industrial machinery, automation systems, or complex technical equipment is an advantage
- Confident use of tools such as torque wrenches, multimeters, and other measurement equipment
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Good knowledge of MS Office for technical documentation and reporting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 50%)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical service, field service, maintenance, or customer support within an industrial environment
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, optical, and industrial IT systems
- Experience troubleshooting 24V DC circuits, sensors, actuators, and heating systems
- Experience with industrial PCs, operating system installation, and network configuration
- Knowledge of CNC machines, laser systems, robotics, industrial automation, or additive manufacturing
- Experience with customer-facing technical support and independent troubleshooting
