Job Description

Own and drive cross-project requirements management across the full semiconductor product lifecycle

Act as subject-matter expert for requirements engineering processes, methods, and toolchain

Ensure high-quality, consistent, and traceable specifications across System, Hardware, and Software domains

Define, maintain, and enforce requirements management governance, including rules, workflows, and best practices
-
Support V&V teams in ensuring complete requirement coverage and testability, including alignment of test specifications
-
Lead creation and maintenance of requirements management plans (RMP) and related process artifacts
-
Drive version, variant, and change management for requirements across multiple products and programs
-
Provide methodical guidance to project teams on structuring, decomposition, and allocation of requirements

Define and monitor KPIs and metrics for requirement quality, coverage, and traceability
-
Act as toolchain expert and administrator (e.g., Polarion, DOORS), including configuration, scripting, and user support
-
Build and maintain interfaces to adjacent tool environments (e.g., ALM, PLM, V&V tools) using REST APIs and Python scripts

Develop and maintain tool customizations and extensions using JavaScript and Velocity scripting

Enable efficient requirement exchange and alignment with internal and external stakeholders / partners

Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives for requirements engineering processes and workflows

Support or drive standardization efforts across projects and organizational units
Position can be filled in another location in EMEA Region
Qualifications

Strong expertise in requirements engineering methodologies and best practices

Solid programming/scripting skills, especially in Python (automation, data processing, API integration)

Experience with REST-based system integration and data exchange between engineering tools

Practical knowledge of JavaScript and Velocity scripting for tool customization

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority (staff role)

Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality, consistency, and traceability

Excellent communication skills with ability to align diverse stakeholders globally

Structured, process-driven working style with focus on scalability and standardization
Education
-
University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or comparable
-
Very good English communication skills, written and spoken
