The Service Development team at Hubject is responsible for shaping, expanding, and continuously improving the company’s portfolio in EV-Charging related services. As a Working Student (all genders) in Product Management, you will play an important supporting role in enabling the team’s success by helping ensure excellent customer support, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation, and increasing transparency of product initiatives and progress across the organization.

Support customers by communicating directly with them and guiding them through our services

Create and maintain internal and external product documentation

Help define and establish team ways of working (processes, workflows, measurement frameworks)

Assist in building templates, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures

Collect and organize customer feedback to inform product and service improvements

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to keep documentation and processes up to date

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)

Structured and organized — comfortable creating documentation and building processes from scratch
