In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of remote connectivity and platform strategies for Customer Service across our X-Ray Products fleet and future offerings.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

You drive the development and implementation of data-driven services and analytics initiatives for X-Ray products, transforming operational data into actionable insights and customer value.

As product manager for digital tools and initiatives (e.g.: SONAR, OneAI for XP), you continuously develop analytics capabilities to improve service performance, business decisions and growth.

You represent Customer Services (CS) in cross-functional initiatives and shape the future of predictive and proactive innovations & digital offerings.

You identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities, service offerings, and innovative contract models, that contribute to sustainable business growth and enhanced customer outcomes. You drive the topics in the agile working environment within CS and XP.

You monitor product portfolio, field performance data, perform country benchmarking, analyze service notifications and installed-base trends, and identify opportunities to improve service quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

As the expert for Installed Product Base topics, you provide data-driven insights and decision support to stakeholders across Customer Services and Business Lines. You develop business cases, financial models and dashboards to prioritize initiatives and measure the impact of service and product improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a master’s degree in medical engineering, Informatics, business & data analytics, or in a related field.

You have several years of experience within healthcare or customer services and a profound understanding of medical technology. Experience as a Product Manager would be of advantage.
- You have experience in data analytics and modelling.

You possess strong analytical capabilities and proven experience in working with large datasets, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
