work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment

actively drive and influence designs of new products (hardware and test software)

qualify changes in both NPI and production phases and manage the roll‑out across the entire supply chain
-
manage product changes to enable manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements
-
support manufacturing of existing electronic hardware products of the V93000 IC tester
-
define and monitor manufacturing metrics to ensure quality, analyze root causes and define corrective actions to meet customer demand

collaborate closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams (development, supply chain, product marketing) in a highly international environment
Qualifications
YOU…
-
have a Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
-
bring experience in the development of printed circuit assemblies and end‑to‑end manufacturing processes of complex electronic assemblies
-
have strong analytical skills in failure identification (data analysis, electronic measurements, debugging of electronic assemblies)
-
show strong ownership and a proactive mindset in managing technical tasks and improvements
-
are able to define schedules and keep timelines reliably
-
communicate effectively and work as a team player in cross‑functional and cross‑company environments in both German and English
-
are willing to travel up to 20%
