Your tasks:
- Detailed analysis of ILS requirements from customer contracts and tenders
- Creation of concepts and solutions for contractual ILS requirements
- Evaluation of ILS requirements according to customer requests, customer advice and creation of ILS concepts
- Cooperation with members of the sub-project group (collection of logistical data and its maintenance in databases; Carrying out availability, reliability and maintainability analyses; optimization of spare parts requirements) in order processing or project acquisition
- Support of a high planning quality for deadlines, costs and services of the sub-project
- Technical assessment of risks, opportunities, remaining points, warranty and receivables in order processing
- Definition of performance, budget and deadlines incl. technical evaluation of concepts, scenarios, risks and opportunities in project acquisition
- Participation in budget, capacity and material cost planning for the sub-project
- Commissioning, monitoring progress and management of ILS subcontractors
- Preparation of complete and correct documentation (e.g. logistical data databases, spare parts catalogues, technical manuals, training materials) and progress level reports on the assigned work packages
Education:
- Completed studies as a mechanical, shipbuilding, civil, electrical or industrial engineer or completed vocational training in a technical profession (master craftsman or technician)
Your profile:
- In-depth knowledge of ILS/ LSA/ LSAR, ASD specifications and/or equivalent procedures
- Confidence in handling technical documentation, e.g. S1000D, S2000M and MIL-STD-1388
- Independent, structured, team- and solution-oriented way of working, at least 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and commitment
- Ability to analyze construction/construction documents
- Knowledge of reliability calculation, determination of e.g. MTBF values, knowledge of criticality analysis (FMECA), in-depth knowledge & confident handling of all Microsoft programs as well as practical handling of ERP programs
- Good knowledge of German and English as well as experience in the field of PM methodology desirable
