Role Purpose
Are you passionate about shaping the future of data governance and driving impactful change in a global organization? As a Senior Business Analyst (Data Governance) at DHL Express, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, reliable, and well-managed data that fuels business success.
In this role, you’ll lead key initiatives to enhance data governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, integrity, and compliance across our global operations. Working cross-functionally, you’ll analyze business requirements, design effective data solutions, and drive the adoption of best practices that improve data quality and streamline processes.
Your expertise will contribute to reducing data debt, simplifying legacy data flows, and enabling smarter decision-making. By bridging the gap between technology, governance, and business needs, you’ll help shape the future of data management at DHL Express. - Minimum 5 years in Business Analysis or a similar role, with a strong focus on data visualization & analytics.
- Expertise in Power BI and best practices for visualization.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling & integration.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, or other programming languages (a plus).
- Proven experience working with senior managers & cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (Power BI, Snowflake, BABOK) are a plus.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., First Choice) preferred.
