The Team
You’ll be joining the CoreLab Development research and development network within Roche Diagnostics. Our small, independent, and diverse team currently consists of 10 members. We focus on molecular diagnostics, biopharma analytics, and biopharma reagents. We accompany new product developments from the initial concept through to market launch and beyond. Additionally, we contribute to technology evaluations, troubleshooting, and support marketing by creating promotional materials.

- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and joy are essential companions on your journey
Your Skills
- Your studies have equipped you with a solid theoretical foundation in disciplines such as Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related areas

Ideally, you have gained lab experience through internships, student assistant jobs, or during thesis projects
- You are able to organize and structure your work independently
- You approach challenges and ideas enthusiastically, working systematically and solution-oriented, while remaining open to creative and flexible approaches
- You communicate confidently with your team and our partners in English, both spoken and written. German is helpful but not required
