Company Description
At Checkpoint GTM, we're GTM Engineers who turn messy sales execution into scalable, data-driven revenue systems. We build the automations, integrations, and CRM architectures that make GTM teams actually work.
We're a HubSpot Platinum Partner and Salesforce-certified team based in Berlin. We've built revenue systems for SellerX, Lano, Y42, voize, re-green, duel, Rasa and others - supporting teams across Europe and the US through hypergrowth, CRM transformations, and GTM redesigns.
If you want to see how AI and automation are actually reshaping GTM - not in theory, but in production systems, this is your front-row seat. ⭐️
Why Checkpoint over an in-house Working Student role
Most Working Student positions put you inside one startup, looking at one stack, solving one set of problems. At Checkpoint, you sit across many. In a single semester you might touch a Series A's first HubSpot build, a scale-up's Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration, and an outbound system held together by Clay, n8n, and duct tape. You see what works, what breaks, and why - across industries, team sizes, and tech stacks. That's the kind of pattern recognition that takes years to build in-hous
Role Description
As a Working Student GTM Engineering, you'll work at the technical core of our delivery team. This is an engineering role first — CRM and GTM are the domain, but the day-to-day is building: workflows, integrations, data pipelines, AI-assisted tooling.
You'll get hands-on with HubSpot and Salesforce implementations, CRM data architecture, workflow automation, and the AI tooling that's reshaping how RevOps gets done. You'll build with Clay, n8n, lemlist, HeyReach, cargo, and Instantly — and you'll experiment with LLMs and agentic tooling on real client problems, not toy demos.
You'll work remotely from Germany (preferably Berlin), with occasional on-site sessions. Standard Werkstudent setup: ~20h/week during the semester, flexible around your lecture schedule.
What you'll do
As an RevOps & GTM Working Student, you’ll get hands-on experience building and optimizing next-gen GTM systems. You’ll work on internal and client projects including:
- Build and test GTM workflows in Clay, n8n, lemlist, cargo, and Instantly
- Engineer programmatic outbound systems — lead generation, ICP mapping, AI-driven personalization at scale
- Design and document data architectures, process maps, and integration specs
- Build dashboards, automations, and reports across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Codex) into real RevOps workflows
- Write small bits of SQL, Python, or API glue when the no-code tools hit their limits
- Collaborate with senior consultants on client strategy and enablement projects
Who you are
- Enrolled student, based in Berlin
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
- Genuinely curious about how CRM systems, data architecture, and GTM automation work together
- Comfortable getting into tools, exploring documentation, and figuring things out hands-on
- Structured thinker who can translate business requirements into system logic
- Proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do next
Bonus points if you’ve:
- Written SQL, Python, or TypeScript, or used REST APIs to move and transform data
- Built something — anything — end-to-end with an LLM (agent, automation, tool integration)
- Used Clay, lemlist, Instantly, cargo, HubSpot, n8n, or similar
- Worked on a marketing, RevOps, or CRM systems project
You’ll love this role if you:
- Prefer building over brainstorming
- Think in systems and automations instead of spreadsheets
- Enjoy figuring out how AI can make business faster
- Want to see how engineering decisions play out across many companies, not just one
- Want direct mentorship from people who've done this at scale — not managed it from a distance
What you'll get
- Real ownership of projects that impact client outcomes
- Mentorship from senior RevOps and GTM engineers with 65+ implementations behind them
- Exposure across the full modern GTM stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Clay, Apollo, Aircall, Gong, and more
- Max Claude and Codex subscriptions — the same tooling we use in production
- Freedom to experiment and propose ideas
- Meetups for strategy sessions and team time

If this sounds like your kind of adventure, we’d love to hear from you!
