The Opportunity
Abbott’s diagnostics business is searching for a full-time, site-based, Commercial Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for its Transfusion Medicine business covering the geographies Europe & Turkey, based in Wiesbaden, Germany (Abbott GmbH – 1106).
This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Excellence, Business Operations and Administrative Support, with a strong focus on project coordination, pricing, and tender management.
The successful candidate will act as a key operational support role, ensuring the efficient execution of commercial processes and initiatives. The position requires a highly structured, reliable, and proactive individual who can take ownership of projects, drive coordination across stakeholders, and contribute to business performance through pricing and tender excellence—particularly within our Core Diagnostics Transfusion Medicine business.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and drive cross-functional commercial projects, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and successful execution

Own and maintain pricing and tender processes across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence

Partner closely with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business decisions and improve commercial performance

Prepare analyses, presentations, and performance reports for senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights

Monitor key business KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and collaboration

Act as a trusted coordination partner across regional and local teams, fostering effective communication and strong stakeholder relationships

Organize and support business reviews, meetings, and workshops with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience

Several years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, tender management, finance, project coordination, or a related business function

Strong project management and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail and an interest in business performance and commercial processes

Confidence working cross-functionally and building collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or another regulated industry is an advantage

Professional fluency in German and English is essential — only candidates with fluent German language skills will be considered for this role
