About the role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, helping them increase engagement, platform adoption and long-term value.
This role combines relationship management with a strong commercial mindset, focusing on account growth through upselling, cross-selling and client development.
What will you do?
Manage client relationships
Build strong relationships with HR and key stakeholders.
Support clients in achieving their goals through the platform.
Act as a trusted partner for your portfolio.
Grow existing accounts
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead commercial conversations and negotiations when needed.
Contribute to revenue growth across your accounts.
Improve engagement & retention
Analyse platform usage and client engagement.
Develop initiatives to increase adoption and activity.
Detect churn risks and take proactive action.
Work cross-functionally
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
Align client needs with internal solutions and capabilities.
What are we looking for?
3+ years of experience managing and growing B2B client portfolios.
Strong experience in upselling, cross-selling and account development.
Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
Analytical and structured way of working.
Experience using CRM tools.
German bilingual/C2 level and minimum B2 English level.
