You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or business administration or can provide a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience with an IT or management consultancy or have worked as an in-house consultant for an international company
You have several years of in-depth knowledge of modernizing SAP application landscapes as well as the underlying SAP methodologies, technologies (S/4 Hana, UI5), and tools (e.g. Solution Manager)
You have Experience in a leading position in IT project management and software development
Ideally, you are experienced in combining the optimization of business processes in SAP ERP with the implementation of corresponding KPIs in SAP BW and thus monitoring the technical success of the project
You have proven experience in successfully setting up, managing, and leading interdisciplinary and international project teams
You have very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and standards (e.g. GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, RUP, SCRUM)
You have a strong process mindset and IT understanding, knowledge of IT software architecture is an advantage
You are characterised by an independent, careful and methodical way of working as well as a strong customer-oriented mindset, persuasive power, and very good communication and presentation skills
